Is there a free plan?
No. Every organisation starts with a trial set up by Techvora and then moves to a paid plan. That keeps the product funded by the people who use it, not by their data.
How does the trial work?
Book a demo and tell us about your company. Techvora sets up your organisation with a 14-day trial and an owner account for you. There is no public sign-up and no card is needed for the trial.
Who counts as an employee?
Plans with a per-employee price count your organisation's active employees. People who have left are not counted.
What happens if a subscription lapses?
Nothing is deleted. Your organisation's ValoraHR becomes read-only: records stay visible, people can still download their own data, and administrators can still export. Renew and everything is editable again.
Can we change plan later?
Yes — ask Techvora. The modules available to your organisation follow the plan. Records in a module you stop using are kept, not deleted, and come back if the module is turned on again.
Can we use only interview panels?
Yes. The interview plan provides structured, independently scored interview panels on their own, without the rest of the HR suite, at a flat monthly price.
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. Prices are monthly and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union: the application runs in Vercel's Dublin region and data is stored in AWS eu-west-1, Ireland. See security.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Reports export to CSV, HR administrators can export everything held about an employee, and every person can download a copy of their own data.
