Accessibility statement
ValoraHR is used by everyone in a company, not only HR, so it has to work for people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or a phone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Last updated Tuesday 15 September 2026
What we do
- Pages use landmarks, a single main heading and a skip link to the main content.
- Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Statuses are shown with a word as well as a colour, never colour alone.
- Form errors are announced and tied to the field they belong to.
- Layouts reflow to a phone-width screen without horizontal scrolling, and controls on the public site are at least 44 pixels tall.
- Motion on the public site is limited to short fades and is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion. Nothing moves on its own.
- The product tour on the home page is a carousel you control: it has labelled previous and next buttons, a position indicator, arrow-key support and announces slide changes politely.
Known limitations
We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Areas we know need more work:
- The leave calendar is a dense grid. It is usable with a keyboard, but a screen reader user will find the list views of leave requests quicker.
- Some data tables are wide and scroll horizontally on small screens; most have a list layout on phones, but not all.
- Product screenshots on the public site are described in their alternative text, but they cannot convey every detail of the interface they show.
- Downloaded PDF exports are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same data is available as CSV.
- Documents your organisation uploads are only as accessible as the files themselves.
Tell us about a barrier
If something in ValoraHR or on this site is difficult to use, email support@techvora.net with the page and what happened. If you use ValoraHR at work, you can also ask your HR team to raise it through Help and support in the product. We read every report and will tell you what we plan to do about it.
How this statement was prepared
This statement is based on Techvora's own testing with keyboards, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings and phone-width screens. It will be updated as issues are fixed or found.
